We strive to provide top-notch security. At Hirakawacho Mori Tower Residence, staff, including security guards, are on-site 24 hours a day to support your life on weekdays and on weekends and respond to any unforeseen contingencies. In addition, security systems are installed in the vestibule and the elevator hall. Both human eyes and the surveillance system guarantee your safety. The building frame uses state-of-the-art technology including the seismic control system adhering to the country's top-grade earthquake-resisting standard. All this is for our residents to live safely and peacefully.

4 levels of security system are installed from the Residence's vestibule to the entrance door of each apartment.

Seismic system

Aiming to provide the best seismic system in the country, the building uses the latest seismic control structure（Hybrid Brace Dampers）. Swaying of the building is reduced not just in the event of a large-scale earthquake or strong wind, but uncomfortable swaying is also reduced in small-medium scale earthquakes or winds, thereby improving living quality.
